Contingent Search

  • No up-front investment from the client
  • Client pays fee only if candidate is hired
  • The fee is a percentage of the hired candidate’s first year’s salary
  • Fee is collected on successful completion of the search

Engagement Fee
   This option signifies a mutual commitment between the recruiter and client

  • Client pays a non-refundable portion of the fee at the beginning of the search
  • Remainder of fee is paid on successful completion of the search
  • Candidates are not shared with other companies for pre-determined amount of time

Retained Search
This option is best in Executive level, time sensitive searches or those needing confidentiality

  • Fee is negotiated prior to search
  • One third of fee is paid on initiation of search
  • Weekly updates on search status provided to the client

Staff Augmentation/Contracting/Right to hire
Staff augmentation is a great option for companies when:

  • Budgets are too tight to hire a full-time permanent employee but there is an excess of workload for current staff
  • Specific projects warrant additional hours that won’t be needed when projects are completed
  • Company has a short term niche project that needs specialized skills
