President Bio

Debbi Reiger started Reiger Technical Search, Ltd. in 1998 in response to a growing need for Information Technology Professional staffing in the Columbus area.  Prior to starting her own boutique recruiting firm, Ms. Reiger worked for 8+ years with another well-established, top tier executive search firm, Quick Enterprises.  Being in the industry since 1988 gives Debbi an advantage over most recruiting firms that started in the height of the hiring boom of the late 90’s.  She has weathered the ups and downs of the hiring market and is not in the business for the “quick” money of the market upturns.  She attributes her “staying power” to relationship building and truly doing what it takes to satisfy her clients’ hiring needs.

Debbi is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing.
