Our client is looking for a Training Coordinator to assist with planning, developing, organizing and directing technical training of employees and customers in the installation, operation, and maintenance of the company's software products and services.

The Training Coordinator must become a subject matter expert in their software applications, learning the use-cases, features, data flows, integrations, and configuration options and applying this knowledge to help customer facing teams continuously improve their operations.
Candidates should be interested in working in a fast-paced environment where software applications are central to the business rather than supporting the business and agile means quickly delivering valuable new features driven by continuous customer feedback. The Training Coordinator must be able to work independently, have good writing and communication skills, take initiative on quality/speed/improvement of individual work, learn constantly about our markets/customers/products, apply problem-solving skills, and contribute to team success while growing your skills and experience.
Daily responsibilities:
  • Able to teach developed curriculums
  • Responsible for New Hire training of the software platform
  • Knowledge gathering to successfully develop curriculums
  • Development of Training Manuals/Videos and Quick Reference Guides
  • Collaboration with internal teams
  • Provide maintenance within all training manuals, guides, and videos
  • Provides training plans and needs for the program team
  • Add new content as clients and operation moves to new products
  • End to end ownership of training content
  • Abide by the organizational goals
  • Manage the indexing of content
  • Integrating the current training with existing and new features
  • Proficient understanding of organization training
  • Proficient understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Able to function in an Agile environment.
Skills, Experience Qualifications:
  • Experience in software training, training videos, tutorials and content development
  • Use case management systems (e.g. we use Jira) to track issues, record research, organize and prioritize work, share information with teams.
  • Detail oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced on-time deliverable environment
  • Must have Can Do - Professional Attitude and Team player
  • Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills with an ability to express complex thoughts/ ideas effectively in individual or group situations.
  • Excellent Presentational and Facilitation skills
